Supplier Evaluation
Faura-Casas evaluates its suppliers annually.
The supplier’s performance will be assessed based on potential issues regarding the quality of the product or service and compliance with deadlines.

Subcontractor Evaluation
The evaluation of subcontractors will be carried out based on the qualification of the professionals involved in providing services to the various departments of Faura-Casas. This will involve verifying compliance with at least four of the following minimum requirements:

• Expertise in a specific subject or area of knowledge.
• University degree, preferably higher education, or equivalent experience.
• Complementary and continuous training, aligned with their area of expertise.
• Positive and demonstrable experience as a professional at a managerial level or as a consultant, with no less than two years of full-time dedication.
• Communication skills and sufficient knowledge of Catalan, Spanish, and English.
• Active and recognized professional in their field of expertise.

At least once a year, subcontractor qualifications must be revalidated. Customer satisfaction, feedback from department heads, and the opinions of consultants they have worked with will be considered when maintaining or withdrawing a qualification.
